We aim to respond within 3 business days.

How do I join the correct community?

Use the invite link sent by your community manager. If the link expired or you joined the wrong community, ask the manager to send a new invite or correct your membership.

How do I submit payment proof?

Open the due or credit top-up screen in the app, choose the right payment source, and upload a clear payment-proof image when required. A community manager reviews the submission in the app.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app under Settings → Delete account, or email support@ettihad.org if you cannot access the app.

Who can use the AI assistant?

The AI assistant is available to eligible community managers in the app, and chat requests are processed through Google Gemini to help with community operations.
